Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 22 September 2026. These terms apply when you hire ShubhKarma Tech or use shubhkarmatech.com.
Services. We provide web development, design, SEO and related digital work as scoped in written proposals, emails or invoices. Timelines and fees depend on that scope.
Client responsibilities. You provide content, access, feedback and approvals in a reasonable time. Delays in client materials can shift delivery dates.
IP. Upon full payment, you own the final delivered website/assets created specifically for your project, except third-party libraries, fonts, stock and tools which remain under their licenses. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Payment. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Work may pause if payments are overdue.
Limitation. We deliver professional services but cannot guarantee search rankings, ad performance or third-party platform uptime.
