Refund Policy
Last updated: 22 September 2026. How deposits and milestone payments work for ShubhKarma Tech projects.
Custom work. Website and software projects are custom services. Once discovery, design or development work has started against an agreed milestone, that milestone fee is generally non-refundable.
Deposits. Kickoff deposits reserve our schedule. If you cancel before work begins, we may refund the unused deposit minus any third-party costs already incurred, at our discretion and as written in your proposal.
Completed deliverables. Fees for work already delivered and accepted are not refundable.
Disputes. Contact us promptly if something is wrong; we will try to remediate within the agreed scope before any commercial discussion.
