Client & location
- Client: Hardev Motors
- Location: Op Sita Cottage, Vashisth, MDR 29, Manali, Himachal Pradesh 175131
- Live website: hardevmotors.com/
The problem
Adventure riders compare many Himalayan operators before they book. Hardev Motors needed more than a pretty homepage: dated departures, priced rider-plus-bike packages, tour stories, maps, videos, and a way to enquire or pay on mobile — plus a CMS and booking backend the Manali team could run. Generic tourism themes could not hold calendars, rider accounts, Razorpay, or the 1985 expedition brand.
Issues we found
- Tours were not bookable as dated, priced departures with rider-plus-bike packages.
- Himalayan and international routes needed maps, itineraries and video — not a flat gallery.
- Riders had no account, payment or booking history path on mobile.
- The Manali team needed a CMS and admin to run calendars, blogs and enquiries.
- Trust from 1985, Google/TripAdvisor reviews and the crew lived off the old site.
How we fixed it
We shipped a custom Next.js platform with Express, MongoDB and a Next.js admin. Fixed-departure calendars, tour detail pages, Leaflet maps, Cloudinary media, Razorpay payments, rider accounts and WhatsApp/enquiry paths cover the booking journey. Story, reviews, team, gallery and blog carry showroom trust. The live site is hardevmotors.com.

Project narrative
Context
Hardev Motors has run motorcycle expeditions from Manali since 1985 — Himalayan highways, Leh and Zanskar, Spiti, Rajasthan, coastal India, Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet. Riders do not buy a brochure. They compare dates, terrain, bike rental, support crew and trust before they WhatsApp a deposit.
What we built
ShubhKarma Tech designed and engineered the live product at hardevmotors.com as a full stack, not a marketing page: a Next.js / React frontend, an Express and MongoDB backend, and a Next.js admin CMS. Media lives on Cloudinary. Payments go through Razorpay. The Hardev team can publish tours, calendars, blogs and bookings without a developer on every change.
Tour inventory and calendars
We mapped how they actually sell seats. Fixed departures carry priced rider-plus-bike packages with start and end dates across the year — Divine Zanskar + Leh, Spiti Behind The Scenes, Glimpse of Rajasthan, Nepal Lost World, The Coastal Trail, Sach Pass Wilderness and more. Destination chapters cover Himalayan and international riding. Year calendars for 2026 and 2027, upcoming-rides views, and individual tour pages hold galleries, videos, day-by-day plans and Leaflet route maps.
Booking and rider accounts
A tour booking flow, Plan My Ride enquiry, WhatsApp and phone CTAs sit on the path riders already use. Registered riders get signup, login, Google/Facebook auth, profile, bookings, payments and history. Itinerary PDFs can be generated from the same tour data.
Trust, story and conversion
A 1985-origin brand needs proof on the phone. We shipped video trailers, rider stories, a reviews hub pulling Google and TripAdvisor social proof, meet-the-team, Our Story, Sonu’s Story, Why Us, gallery, blog, BS 8848 and WildMedix badges, and a contact page with map, enquiry form and payment-method strip. NAP for the Vashisth, Manali workshop stays consistent in the footer.
SEO and operations
Tour, calendar, destination and blog URLs are crawlable. On-page titles target guided and self-guided motorcycle adventure tours. The admin uses a rich-text CMS so the team can keep departures, news and policies current. GSAP motion and a video-led homepage keep the brand cinematic without turning the site into a dead brochure.

SEO & performance notes
Title and entity cues target guided and self-guided motorcycle adventure tours from Manali. Tour, calendar, destination and blog URLs support long-tail expedition queries (Zanskar, Leh, Spiti, Rajasthan, Nepal). Footer NAP for Vashisth, Manali strengthens local entity signals. Case-study links point to Next.js, React and tourism web-development pages.
